This blog is for dialogue on the issue of women in ministry and the freedom for women to teach the bible in a public setting. It is also for questions and answers on our DVD entitled "Women in Ministry: Silenced or Set Free?" This 4 DVD set answers the hard passages of scripture that seem to restrict women's ministry.

The forbidden (Tree) must of had no seed!

another thought on what you said. They could eat of every seed baring fruit! We know there are many Trees Of Life In New Jeresalem above??? But there was only one in Eden, maybe it had seeds in it to be planted all over the earth? It's just a thought. Maybe the forbidden tree had no seeds in it's fruit, maybe showing one cannot eat of it an go on living, seedless, death!? once again this is just a throught and I'm sure Christ will be happy to answer all our questions in time if He so choose's!
Happy studying and growing in God's Word!

The forbidden (Tree) must of had no seed!

There's a thought right there, we won't know until we get to Heaven and all those questions will be answered! Good Point!

Just going into scripture and reading the text as is without adding or taking anything away and we find Pure Truth in God's Word & Understanding Into These Deep Things/Matters!
All of God’s prohibitions have a second witness.

That’s True Even in the Garden! Eve (The Woman) stated the prohibition on the Tree of Knowledge Of Good & Evil! Adam’s first witness is God himself telling him and the second witness you can say is Eve. She stated it and adam was right there/next to her to hear it! Plus Paul backs up the fall/account in Romans & Tim. and in Cor.’s! Also have the Holy Spirit as a witness too, who is bringing this all to Pauls mind! Great Job
Exactly. Eve's testimony was a wittness to God's command! And also in chp 1 where God tells them both what they could (which is after he created Adam telling Adam what he could and couldn't eat) God's prohibition is encompassed in what they could otherwise God was contrdicting himself now in 1:29 telling Adam that he could every tree. The forbidden must of had no seed!
